Alu-Wheel Machining can complete a wire variety of machining processes for cast and forged wheels. The processes include the complete machining of wheels, from turning to front-face super finishing operations.

All the equipment at Alu-Wheel is readily set with tooling for machining and controlling/testing wheels with nominal dimensions of up to 24” X 13”. With special tooling, it is possible to machine and control wheels with dimensions of up to 32” X13”.

Alu-Wheel Machining maintains organizational and quality control procedures that meet ISO TS 16949 (formerly QS 9000) Standards. This process ensures that your product will be manufactured under strict quality guidelines by an organized, efficient, and responsive organization. Our engineering department constantly offers feedback to customers on ways to improve products quality, reliability, ease of manufacture, and ultimately, to reduce cost.

Additionally, Alu-Wheel Machining conforms to the quality control procedures of its customers. The facility’s measuring equipment is regularly calibrated and all equipment is inspected and maintained above and beyond manufacture’s recommendations.

All equipment is highly dedicated for the machining of aluminum wheel. However it is not limited to machining wheels.
